Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Romania Visa
Visa application documents include:
Original passport – Valid for at least 3 months after leaving Romania and must have at least 2 blank pages. Passport must be issued within the past 10 years.
– 2 color photos, size 3cmx4cm, white background.
– Travel insurance.
– Business license.
– Company account statement for the last 3 months.
– If you are an employee:
+ Labor contract.
+ Letter of job nomination.
+ Payroll for the last 3 months OR personal account statements for the last 3 months.
– Documents evidencing transactions between companies in Romania and Vietnam: – + Purchase and sale contract, import and export declaration, LC copy, transaction email between the two companies, …
– Invitation letter from company or agency inviting to attend meeting, conference or event related to commerce, industry or work.

Visa processing time:
Processing time for Romania visa is 15 working days. This time is subject to change from time to time and upon request from the Embassy.

– Romania visa application fees are subject to change without notice
– Romanian visa does not help the holder to enter the Schengen area. If you want to go to the Schengen countries, you must apply for a Schengen visa. Furthermore, the sole / main / most important destination must be identified in order to properly apply for the visa.
