Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a New Zealand Visa

Visa application documents include:

– 1 original passport and 1 photo. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
– 2 card photos with white background, size 3.5 × 4.5cm, taken within the last 3-6 months.
New Zealand visa application form.
– Original curriculum vitae certified and stamped with photo from the local.
– Health certificate within 6 months.
– Notarized copies of the Household Registration Book of all pages, Birth Certificate, Identity Card, Certificate of current marital status.
– Proof of work to apply for a New Zealand visa.
1. For business owners:
+ Certified copy of the company’s business registration.
+ Notarized copies of financial statements and tax invoices for the last 3 months.
2. For employees:
+ A notarized copy of the recruitment decision or labor contract, position appointment decision (if any).
+ Salary confirmation sheet for the last 3 months.
+ The original application for vacation travel or vacation permission decision, must have the seal and signature of the highest manager.
3. For retirees:
+ Certified copy of retirement decision.
+ Make copies of retirement books, pension books.
– Financial guarantee form Sponsorship Form for Temporary Entry.
– Confirming that the balance of the Savings Book is about over $ 10000, owning shares, credit card transaction statements with the closing balance close to being paid as much as possible.
– Bank account statement for the last 3 months.
– Real estate, real estate papers.

Visa processing time:

New Zealand visa processing time is 26 working days.

– Application time: 8:30 am – 15:00 pm. From Monday to Friday except holidays.
– Time to return documents: 13:00 – 17:00 pm. From Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
