Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Mongolia Visa
Visa application documents include:
– Two 4 × 6 photos (white background, photos taken no more than 6 months)
– Passport (original, valid for at least 6 months)
– Registration of marriage / divorce (if any)
– Proof of work:
+ If the applicant for a Mongolian visa is a business owner, a Business Registration Certificate (a copy), a Tax Registration Form (a copy) or a receipt of personal income tax payment should be provided
+ If the applicant for a Mongolian visa is an employee, it is necessary to provide a Labor Contract (copy, stamp of the company), payroll for the last 3 months (copy, stamp of the company)
+ If you are a student / student, you need to provide a certificate of the school, Certificate of financial sponsorship and ID card of the financial sponsor (copy)
– Proof of finance: Certificate of property ownership (copy), bank statement for the last 3 months, Certificate of income from other investments (if any)
– Proof of purpose of the trip:
+ Application for vacation to travel (stamped by the company that is working)
+ Or Application for leaving school (with school stamp)
– Visa application
– Invitation letter from Mongolia
Visa processing time:
The visa application period at the Mongolia Embassy in Hanoi is 7 days. The visa application period at the Mongolia Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City is 10 days.
Note :
– The visa fee when filed at the Mongolian Embassy and the Mongolian Consulate will be different.
– The visa fee is not paid directly at the Embassy, but will be transferred to the embassy account, then bring the invoice to the visa application.
– Invitation letter from Mongolia is one of the most important documents in the visa application process. It is best if you have acquaintances and friends over there. If not, you can also settle it easily by booking a domestic tour and the travel agency will send you an invitation.
