Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Israel Visa

Visa application documents include:

– Original passport (valid for more than 6 months)
– Visa application
– 2 photos size 4×6 white background
– Invitation
– Decision to sponsor business travel (mentioning the agency or individual paying the cost)
– Salary table for the last 6 months
– Proof of financial via the personal Bank (Savings book with term from at least 6 months to the present time and proof of current bank account balance with bank statement)
– Labor contract
– Business license of the company
– Travel insurance
– Flight ticket booking (In case of request, ticket must be issued before Visa is approved)
– Hotel Booking

Visa processing time:

At least 7 working days from the date the Embassy receives the complete application.

Note :

– Will have to interview directly
– All documents in Vietnamese must be notarized into English by an authorized translator.
– You can ask someone to collect the results (with an authorization letter).
– Security staff at the airport will check and question your luggage very carefully. Especially the tourists who have been to Muslim or Arab countries.
– Upon entry, passengers are stamped entry on a separate ticket, not on the passport as usual. They do this to avoid Islamic countries like Saudi Arabia and Iran knowing you’ve been to Israel.
