Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Iceland Visa

Visa application documents include:

– Original Passport (Passport) valid for 10 years, valid for at least 6 months from the time of entry into Iceland, with at least 02 blank pages left to paste the visa
– All old passports (if any)
– Photo taken 3.5 x 4.5 on a white background
Identification papers: Household registration book, ID card / Citizen card, Marriage registration / Divorce certificate, Pension card, Judicial record
– Savings book with account 5,000US $ or more, Credit card statement for the last 3 months, Bank account statement within the last 3 months
– Travel insurance certificate, airline ticket booking, hotel booking, trip detailed plan, etc.

Visa processing time:

Processing time is about 15 working days from the date of submission, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays ie 3 weeks or longer because the Embassy does not provide a specific date return schedule. Depending on whether the application is strong or weak, the application is urgently needed or still has time, there are different processing priorities.

Note :

– The consular fee will not be refunded whether or not it is approved for an Iceland visa
– All papers must be presented in A4 size
– All papers must be translated and notarized
– Information on papers must be absolutely accurate and truthful
