Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Denmark Visa

Visa application documents include:

– Original passport (valid for at least 03 months from the date of visa expiry, with at least 02 blank pages remaining) and passport copy
– Old passport (if ever granted a Schengen visa)
– 1 photo size 3.5 × 4.5cm (note: the length from the top of the head to the chin is about 3.0 × 3.6cm)
– Visa application form Dan Manh – Schengen
– Copy of Household Registration Book
– Copy of Marriage Certificate or Certificate of Single or Divorce (if any); or Death certificate of spouse (if any)
– Travel insurance
– Trip itinerary
– Confirmation of flight booking
– Confirmed hotel reservation

Visa processing time:

The Danish Embassy will process your visa application within 15 days of receiving your passport, visa application and biometrics. In some cases, the review can take up to 45 days.

Note :

– For documents that are copies, you need to prepare the latest copy (the maximum time to apply for a visa is 03 months) and certified notarized by the competent authorities at enclosed with a notarized English translation of these documents.
Types of proof of work such as Labor Contract / Recruitment Decision / Appointment, Payroll or Business Registration, etc. also need to be translated into English and certified notarized.
Travel health insurance is insurance for the entire period of your stay in Denmark with a minimum liability of 30,000 Euro.
– All documents in the visa application must be printed on one side on A4 paper.
