Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Czech Republic Visa
Visa application documents include:
– Original passport, signed with at least 2 blank pages for visa, valid for over 6 months.
– 02 4 × 6 cm photos, white background, taken within 6 months.
– Household registration book (notarized photo of all pages), original curriculum vitae (certified by the locality).
– Invitation letter of the company / relative in the Czech Republic (clearly stating the content of the invitee and the invited person, the specific schedule of the trip, which party will pay the full cost.
– Quyen is to be sent to work in Vietnam (if any).
– Bank account statements for the past 3 months.
– Proof of assets like real estate, cars.
– Labor contract if you are a contract employee / retirement book if retired / registered business if you are a business owner
Travel insurance purchased for the entire period of your stay, valid in all Schengen countries with a minimum payout of EUR 30,000.
– Trip documents: air ticket, hotel booking confirmation, trip detailed schedule.
Visa processing time:
Processing time for application for a short-term Czech visa is from 7 to 15 working days. Except for special cases that need to verify and authenticate a lot, it can be up to 01 month.
Note :
– Documents must be notarized by translation in English or Czech.
– All Czech visa application documents must not be older than 180 days (except passport and birth certificate / marriage registration).
– When holding a Czech visa, the Czech will be the only place you visit or if you intend to visit many countries in the Schengen area, the Czech Republic is the country that you first entered and has the longest period of stay.
– The Czech tourist visa application procedure requires an invitation letter from a relative or tourist partner or business partner in the Czech Republic to be accepted.
