Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Cyprus Visa

Visa application documents include:

– Original passport (valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of departure from Cyprus)
– 2 passport size photos
– Cyprus visa application form, signed (online and download)
– If you are an officer or employee:
+ Copy of Labor Contract / Recruitment decision / Appointment decision / Salary increase decision
+ Application for leave to travel
+ Salary confirmation for the last 3 months
– If you are a business owner:
+ Copy Business Registration
+ Tax report for the last 3 months
– If you are a retired person:
Copy of your retirement card / retirement decision / Monthly pension receipt
– If you are a student:
Absence application certified by the school
– Confirmation of bank account balance or Certificate of savings book balance, minimum of 5,000 USD
– Bank credit card (if any)
– Housing and car documents (if any)
– Confirmation of 2-way flight booking
– Confirmed hotel reservation
– Tourist itinerary in Cyprus

Visa processing time:

Visa application period to Cyprus will last from 7-15 days from the date of application receipt (excluding Saturday and Sunday), this period may be longer if you apply for peak season.

Note :

– Visa fees can be paid in Euros or Vietnamese currency respectively.
– In some necessary cases, you will be called by the consular post to interview or required to provide additional documents.
– You go to the consular office to receive the visa result or receive the visa result by mail if you request it.
