Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a China Visa

Visa application documents include:

– Chinese visa application form according to the set form of the Embassy
– Original passport (still valid at least 6 months), passport photo
– 02 Photos 4cmx6cm. White background photo, face straight
– Copy of ID card
– Birth certificate, household registration book (If applying for a visa for a child traveling with)

Visa processing time:

4 days from Monday – Friday excluding Vietnamese and Chinese public holidays and weekends.

Note :

– The best time to submit is 1 month before your departure.
– In case you already have a visa but reschedule, you cannot cancel the visa and get back the fee and visa extension, due to no good reason.
– The Embassy does not accept documents by mail or fax, only receives them directly at the Embassy office, so you can authorize another person or an intermediary company to submit the application.
