Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a New Caledonia Visa
Visa application documents include:
1. Personal profile:
– Original passport (valid & at least 2 blank pages)
– 2 photos 3.5 * 4.5 cm (white background, taken no more than 6 months)
– Registration book
– Marriage registration (if any)
– Child’s birth certificate (if traveling with the child)
– New Caledonia visa application form
2. Job profile:
– If you are an employee:
+ Labor contract / Decision on recruitment / appointment
+ Salary table for the last 3 months
+ Application for leave
-If you are a business owner:
+ Business registration
+ Confirm tax payment for the last 3 months
– If you are a student / student:
Application for leave (clearly stating purpose, time, school and class being attended)
– If you are a retired person:
Pension book / retirement decision / Pension book
3. Documentation of income proof:
– Savings book with minimum value of 5000 USD or more + Certificate of account balance equivalent to the above amount
– Red book or land use right certificate (if any)
– Car ownership papers, investment (if any)
4. Trip documents:
– Round trip ticket booking
– Booking hotels in New Caledonia and other countries if traveling to many countries
– Travel itinerary (in English)
– Trip insurance
Visa processing time:
Deadlines for visa categories vary widely. Generally ranges from 3 months or more. Usually, you will have to wait 25-30 days.
Note :
– You will not be returned to the submitted documents. If there are documents that need to be returned, notice must be given before applying.
– You should pay attention to make an early visa to make the trip.
– During some peak, sensitive periods or your profile is not clear, the Embassy will ask you to go to a short interview to clarify information.
