Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Tanzania Visa
Visa application documents include:
– Passport valid for 6 months
– Visa application form (you can download on the website of embassies or consulates of countries)
– Portrait photo 4.5 cm x 4.5 cm (usually a photo wearing a collared shirt, no glasses if you are short-sighted, with neat hair to clearly see the face and ears)
Proof of financial capacity to ensure that you can cover travel expenses: a certificate of income provided by the place you are working (labor contract, salary statement, paper salary confirmation …), savings book at the bank.
– Specific trip itinerary: what date of arrival, date of departure, what date in the city / province, what places to visit, which hotel, motel or homestay stay. The more detailed and clear you list, the more likely you are to be issued a visa.
– Afternoon flight and return
– Application for leaving
Visa processing time:
Working hours will range from 8 to 15 days from the date of application or more if preparing for the peak tourist season in Tanzania where you are applying for a visa. Usually, you can apply as early as 3 months and as late as 15 days before the intended date of departure. Each embassy and consulate or other authorities that receive and return applications will have their own specific schedules so you must carefully consult before submitting.
Note :
– The best types of documents in your application should have a Vietnamese – English or Vietnamese bilingual translation and a Tanzanian language. You should prepare both originals and photocopies for all documents.
– When declaring information in the profile, you absolutely must provide accurate information. Falsely declaring or misrepresenting information can result in your application being returned. More seriously, in some countries with strict regulations, your application may be denied a permanent visa.
– If you apply for a family visa or a group of people, all applicants must be present.
