Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Switzerland Visa

Visa application documents include:

– Two 3,5 x 4,5 photos with a white background and taken within 6 months
– Original passport valid for 3 months and all old passport (if any)
– Registration book
– Identity card
– Marriage registration for a married person
Proof of work:
+ For employees: employment confirmation and leave of absence from the company / agency where you work, as well as labor contract, payroll.
+ For business owners: business license and corporate tax invoice.
+ For students / students: certified by the school
– Proof of assets: rental agreement, red book
Documents related to your finances: Savings book, bank statement
– Plan your travel trip to Switzerland

Visa processing time:

A single application is usually processed and reviewed in about 15 days, but it can take longer if it is during peak times.

Note :

– The above documents for applying for a Swiss tourist visa can be changed at the request of the Swiss Consulate, depending on the circumstances of each individual that has the corresponding documents.
– In case you fail your visa, these amounts are not refundable.
– Visa application must be submitted at least 15 working days in advance and within 90 days before departure.
– While checking the file, the officers of the Consulate General may request the applicant to come to the interview directly if there is a need to verify information.
