Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Bulgaria Visa
Visa application documents include:
1. Personal profile:
– A valid, signed passport, valid for at least 6 months from the scheduled departure date and with at least 3 blank pages remaining, not torn
– Old passport (if any)
– Bulgarian tourist visa application form according to the form of the Embassy
– 2 3.5 x 4.5cm photos taken on a white background, without glasses or hat
– Copy of identity card
– Copy of household registration book (including blank pages)
– For minors:
+ Birth certificate
+ Copy of parent’s identity card or passport
+ Parent’s written consent if the child is traveling with the mother / father
+ Written consent of both parents if the child does not go with the parents
2. Job profile:
– If you are an officer / employee:
+ Labor contract / Decision on recruitment / appointment
+ Salary certificate for the last 3 months
+ Application for leave to travel
– If you are a business owner:
+ Copy business registration license
+ Tax finalization in the last 3 months
– If you are a retired person:
+ Pension registers
3. Financial documents:
– Bank account statement and other assets (if any), at least 5,000 USD
4. Trip records:
– Tourist schedule for Bulgaria
– Invitation letter for Bulgaria tourism
– Copy or confirmation of round trip flight booking from Vietnam – Bulgaria
– Certificate of hotel reservation in Bulgaria
Visa processing time:
Usually, it takes 2 weeks for the Embassy to review your Bulgarian visa application if your application is complete and correct. However, in some specific cases such as shortcomings, errors in the documents, the visa application processing time may be longer. Therefore, you need to pay special attention and be careful in the process of preparing your visa application if you do not want to wait too long.
Note :
– Time to apply for a visa is from 9:00 – 12:30 from Monday to Friday (except holidays). You should pay attention to avoid missing the job.
– Please ensure that all documents are fully prepared, comply with all requirements and regulations of the Embassy, and strictly provide truthful and accurate information. If you are found to have any of these frauds or frauds, you will never have a chance to get a Bulgarian visa.
– Bulgaria visa is only valid for 90 days. Therefore, you should not apply for a visa too early before the intended departure date.
