Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a India Visa
Visa application documents include:
– Original passport valid for more than 6 months, with at least 2 blank pages remaining + old passport (if any)
– Two 5x5cm photos with white background, international standard, just taken within 6 months
– Signed Indian visa application
– Identity card
– Household registration book
– Certificate of marriage / single / divorce
– Booking air tickets and hotels
Visa processing time:
Visas for Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam are done from 5 to 7 working days, excluding public holidays and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as stipulated by the Embassy. Processing time starts from the morning of the day the consulate receives all paid documents.
Note :
– Passport must be valid for more than 6 months by the time of entry to India. The passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
– Permitting to apply for a visa for the purpose of going to India is tourism, relative visit, short-term medical treatment.
– Must have a valid credit card or payment accounts such as Paypal …
– Each year you can only apply for an electronic visa to India 2 times. For the rest, go to the Indian embassy or consulate.
– The fee is not refundable in case the government refuses to issue a visa.
– Indian Visa is issued to Vietnamese with a term of 4 months, allowing 2 entries, each time of entry and a stay of no more than 60 days from the date of entry into India.
