Visa Application Process / Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Taiwan Visa
Visa application documents include:
– Passport valid for 6 months or more original (signed), photocopy of visa pages and immigration seal on the passport and passport photo.
– Visa application form (signature, photo sticker)
– Two 4×6 photos with white background taken within 3-6 months
– Proof of occupation of tourists (labor contract, health insurance, social insurance …). Submit a copy of the enclosed original for comparison.
– The application for leaving was sealed and signed by the owner of the company. If you are a director, only the company’s business registration license is required.
– Proof of finance (saving book). Submit the original copy and copy for comparison.
– Two-way ticket booking.
– Hotel booking.
– Taiwan travel itinerary.
Visa processing time:
Normally, the processing time for Taiwan visas is 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Tet holidays, Vietnamese or Taiwanese holidays). In case, the dossier has additionally, the processing time can last 7 days.
Note :
– Visa application fee is 50 USD in case taken after 5 working days, 75 USD in case taken after 2 working days. Only receiving USD.
– Vietnamese citizens who have a valid permanent residence card, residence card or visa or have expired within the past 10 years of the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and Schengen countries, South Korea and Taiwan (except for the case of a former unskilled labor) will be issued a certificate allowing multiple entry to Taiwan, staying for a period of 30 days.
